Biography
Roy Charles Dever II A.K.A. "GHETTO ANGEL" was born February 21, in New Mexico but now resides in Texas. I always had big dreams of becoming something special, but not really knowing what. I did know that I had a love for music of all kinds, and music seemed to ease my pain when things got bad or I was feeling sad. Music helped me to maintain.
The name "GHETTO ANGEL" is a concept that came to me in my dreams. We all stay in some kind of ghetto and need some higher power looking over us when we stay in these sections. We all need help to make it in this world and tomorrow is not promised. Eternal life is available to those who will accept it. In these times of not understanding, we all need an angel because the ghetto won't change. Ya know?
What "GHETTO ANGEL" wants to bring to the music world is heart filling, soul searching, cultural understanding songs with lyrics that can take the value out of what we put value into. I can't live forever. So as long as I live, I'm all into making grooves that make you move. Lord knows being broke is an old song and my family's been hurting a long time. My love for the music and being able to help my family is what drives me to doing my best. So with a chance, I plan on leaving a legacy like 2-Pac. I have love for music before I entertain the thought of loving money.
"It's Been A Storm" is an album that is based on true facts that surround my life. There were some good, but mostly bad times that were caused by outside events that we all go through everyday. The storm is the things we go through that change. And you know, we've all got caught out in the rain or cold without a jacket. This album is everything you need to survive the storm.

We are blessed for everything that's good or bad in ones life. That's what makes us as a person and determines what we can or can't endure in the trials and tribulations ahead of us on the road to spiritual guidance. That's something we all should be searching for because this world is just a passing through place for all of us.
